Is it just me...

... or do others find that the suburb profiles on realestate.com.au no longer work fully. To be specific: there's no longer a trend graphic for median house and unit prices, and no more demand info (visitors per listing). These items seem to have stopped working a couple of weeks or so ago.

I agree. Although I find at times it works. But yes something not right. Try different browsers. Maybe email them through contact page?

 

Price Finder used to have this great table per suburb showing 10-15 year trend, % growth (positive or negative). Thought that was incredible as it put in pictorial form how the property cycle did over the last 10-15 years - you could determine a pattern of when the last peak was. It really helped us personally when buying in Sydney in the flat market. By helped, I mean, one could determine a pattern of last peak prices for a given suburb and helping not pay any more than what the last peak was, yet that rental returns had moved on significantly.

Stopped working for me weeks ago, whatever browser I use. Might try emailing them, thanks for the suggestion - though I suspect they're already aware of it. We'll see.
