    I would appreciate point of view on this property - 30 Tonkin Crescent, Schofields, NSW 2762

    - Understanding why these could be potential money pit.
    - What if initially want to see it as a IP but later move as life changes direction.
    - View around livability, price and rental yield

    Theres no price on it. How do you calculate yield? May not be a money pit but the usual with outer suburbs with lots of new land, might be the start of a downturn, flat at best.

    When I checked it's close to 700k....
