    Hey,

    I'm currently using Investment Property Tracker to track cash flow and equity within my property portfolio.

    I was wondering what other property tracking software there is out there that PC members are using? Specifically, my land tax and costs of maintaining entities are becoming a serious component of my outgoings and this software can't input land tax correctly (I'm currently putting it under body corp).

    Ideally, I am looking for web-based software that can provide me with net cashflow and gross cashflow after depreciation schedules, etc are inputted.

    I don't mind paying a subscription but some of the software I have seen is MEGA expensive.
