QLD IP suggestions

    Hi all,

    Looking for some suggestions on areas to invest upto 550k with the main aim for capital growth and buy a cashflow property later on. Was looking at Moreton bay but have probably missed out there.

    Any other areas, perhaps near Brisbane council/Logan?

    Ipswich - the place is 6 months behind Logan in the property cycle imo.

    Loads of opportunities on that budget.

    Logan suburbs have options, but it is very hot market.

    I was checking crestmead, marsden, edens landing, Beenleigh and slacks creek

    Depends what you're chasing. For value-add potential and decent cash flow, I'd be looking at big blocks in Eastern Heights, Newtown, Silkstone, Booval.

    All good areas plus Regents park/Boronia for higher owner occupier suburbs. I also like Waterford (check flood maps)

    ipswich good but may lag behind Logan overall

    They are good options. Add in Boronia Heights, Loganlea, and good luck!!
