Hi Guys, I am looking for some advise on an IP. I am looking at buying a stand alone 3B 1+B house in Port Mac or QLD for $400 - $450k. Would like to hold onto it for 5-10 years with the intent of gaining capital growth with a high yield not being overly important. The yield currently on a $400k house is approx. 5% in Port Mac. Thinking of IO loan with an offset. Thoughts or comments on Port Mac or QLD? Cheers
