    Have been following propertychat for a while now and been listening to David's podcast. Interested in buying an IP in Adelaide. Which 5 suburbs has the potential for growth and yield in the outer ring of Adelaide. In 450- 550k max range

    Have a read of these suburb reviews by Corey and David as a starting point, they are 2-3 years old now, but still a good introduction to some suburbs around Adelaide and the property types to consider: adelaide suburb review - PropertyChat - just be aware that some of the values / rent may have changed somewhat.

    Your price range will buy you inner-middle ring properties around Adelaide depending on what you're looking at. Outer rings are more like $200-300k.

    All HOUSES on approx 600m square land (or more):

    1. Edwardstown
    7.6km Sth of Adelaide CBD
    Median $532,500 (REISA 2019 March Quarter)

    2. Blair Athol
    8.5km Nth of Adelaide CBD
    Median $495,000

    3. Seaton
    11km West of Adelaide CBD
    Median $527,000

    4.Campbelltown
    10.4km North East of Adelaide CBD
    Median $534,750

    5. Ferryden Park
    10.5km Nth West of Adelaide CBD
    Median $455,000
