Investment interest only lowest rates

    Hi there,

    Just wondering what is the current lowest rates anyone is aware of for investment interest only loans for either fixed or variable.

    The lowest I am aware of is ubank fixed 1 year 3.99% and fixed 3 years 4.09%.
