I have currently reduced my equity exposure and am interested in individual Commercial bonds as opposed to investing in a bond ETF or managed bond portfolio such as Neuberger or Coolabah Capital. Any ideas as to how this can be done?

    welcome to InvestChat ,

first i strongly urge you to educate yourself in the wording ( and implications ) of corporate debt
( there are many subtle but important differences )

when i was buying in this area , i did it through my online platforms ( Commsec and Bell Direct ) but you could decide also to do it via a full-service broker

i had great fun investing in corporate debt between 2011 and 2015 but i cannot see compelling value ( compared to risk ) in the market currently .. i only have some MBLHB left ( av. price around $62.50 ) left from those exciting times ( most of the good ones have a maturity date , or are redeemed early .. as happens when a healthy business does when paying 10% plus p.a. on funding )

    good luck but take care
