Which location to invest for small house ?

    Hi,

    I’m new to investing in QLD and wondering if anyone here can assist me in providing some suggestion of the below suburbs to choose:

    • Morayfield QLD 4506
    • Burpengary QLD 4505
    • Kallangur QLD 4503 (this is sounds like the place where people now is buying).

    The reason I choose the above suburbs is because of the future potential of the government project and infrastructure upgrade.

    My target property is 3 bedders house under $320k as it is the maximum limit on the pre approval for me as suggested by my bank.

    Has anyone here own a property in one of those area or know the way around to avoid ?
