Invasive Inspection- Tweed Heads

    Hi All

    We have recently had a pre-purchase B&P performed. The findings were not positive at all with the inspection uncovering extensive old termite damage. The inspector noted a quarter of the internal wall structures being potentially materially damaged and recommended that an invasive inspection be performed to ascertain the extent and severity of the damage as well as potential repair costs.

    The agent has spoken to the vendor and they were not aware of the damage. The vendor has agreed to an invasive inspection.

    Does anyone have any recommendations for a NSW licensed builder or Pest controller who can perform an invasive inspection in tweed heads?

    Cost approx $500 as they will ask for another pest inspection as well.
    To be honest these guys are ok but didn’t quote the repair cost well. They were 40% below two other quotes.

    Unfortunately it is cheap to rip gyprock out, more expensive to put it back.
