    Hello PC Community
    I am going through the process of purchasing Investment Property number 1, with a contract signed by both parties, thanks to everyone

    I have been recommended an Insurance Broker for my Insurance Needs (JGI Insurance Brokers)

    Any recommendations of people to consider whilst I am organising Insurance. If it makes a difference the property is in Qld.

    I have used Iain from Elders in Ipswich. He has been fantastic, responds quickly, is very knowledgeable about risk areas and has good rates. if you want his details just inbox me.
