    Hi everyone,
    I want to replace a broken gas cooktop with the new one, do you know how much will be the cost of installation in Melbourne by a certified plumber? I will buy the gas cooktop and only need a plumber to install it for me,

    About $4,500 + GST.

    @Investaa - it will cost what it costs. No one has seen your place. Will the selected cooktop fit the existing hole in the benchtop? Unless the cooktop is being replaced with an identical unit, it may need some adjustment. Does the existing plumbing meet code? (I have recently pulled out a gas stove and gone electric as it would have cost more to replumb than to run a new electrical service).

    If it is just the steel pot frame that is broken get it welded
    It may cost just $20
