    She bought a house in Florida for 12k after buying and selling stuff on Craigslist. And at the age of just 14. Just wow. :)

    GOOD ON HER!!! :) And good on Mum and Dad for helping out too. We ca assume Mum and Dad kicked in the legals, and reno costs.

    She will go far.

    Great read this. Absolutely amazing. This young lady will go far. A young man I know bought and sold cars when he was in High school. (14-17 yrs old) With his savings, in partnership with a friend, he built a 2bdr townhouse as a second year carpentry apprentice. He was 19 at the time. Did not make a lot of money from the sale but he said that he did it before anyone could tell him that he could not do it.
