    Does anyone else here sell advertising - particularly online advertising to agencies?

    Up until now I've only really dealt with smaller businesses doing direct sales - but now that I'm starting to deal with advertising agencies, they are requesting insertion orders. I had previously dealt with agencies a few years back, but that was via an intermediary and they did the insertion orders for us (as well as ad sales / delivery / etc).

    So I need to put a template together - have done a lot of research already and know roughly what I want (and will be using the standard IAB T&Cs), but I thought if perhaps anyone else has experience in this area or templates they are able to share, it might be useful.
