    A new paper has been put out by Urban Growth along the Parramatta Rd/West Connex Corridor.

    Latest plan decreases the forecast dwellings to 27,000 additional from 40,000 & also increases in commercial space for jobs in the area.

    So the good news is that the glut of units may not happen bad news is that you won't pick up a bargain either.

    Prior to this boom there were plans for thousands of new units and houses at various locations around Sydney, just like this story. Very little actually happened and prices went nuts when the demand factors slammed the development phobic city.

    With public acceptance that substantial building will counter unaffordability it might just get built
