Information on Praq Property Group

    Hi everyone

    I am looking to buy a new build apartment, so wanted to research the developer and architect. But I can't find any information on Praq Property Group, so was hoping some of you may have heard of them or dealt with them? Keen for any info and feedback. Thanks so much!!

    I work for a research company which investigate upcoming developments and our research team have been unable to find any details on Praq Property Group, we do have their apartments in Brunswick West in the system.

    What we usually find with these developers where we cannot find any details is the developer company is usually a shell company hence why we (and you) are unable to find any details of them.
