    Anybody else thinking this:

Industrial property underpinned by e-commerce bonanza

We recently bought a property with this in mind, can’t see demand ever retracting.
Yield is good, nothing spectacular but expect some good growth mid to long term being a good sized property on almost 3000sqm a short drive from Port Botany.

3000sqm close to Port botany is a gold mine.
    Good investment.

Well, it’s on the other side of Botany Bay, the south side maybe 20min drive from the port.
The water views towards the city are nice though.

Always a selling point for the agents when spruiking to prospective tenants.

Great sized block to suit many purposes. One of my soon to be ex-tenants is upsizing to similar in the south west.
