Hello, I was wondering if anyone has noticed this or experienced something similar; I am doing some research on a suburb (Andrews Farm, SA, 5114) and can't get data from multiple sources to agree on anything. Example - realestate.com.au is saying there were 128 sales between Jan 1 2019 and Dec 31 2019, whilst SA government data says 122 sales and Your Investment Property mag (who's data is from Corelogic) say 146 sales.

What have you done when numbers don't match anywhere? Is there a way to verify any of this information?

    Analyse every sale?

There may be duplicates (very likely).
