    There maybe some scope to negotiate with the developer. My friends got 30k or so off the last apartment in a complex (possibly the best apartment too - top level, best views) because the developer just wanted to offload and be done with it...

    That's what I mean... Stock held be the developer is much easier to negotiate than the stock that was pre-sold. In my opinion anyway
