    im suggesting a new discussion heading post on "" Everything Strata ""
    It can contain everything about Strata Laws and problems with Strata things and buying into Strata .
    This new heading can then be separated from everything else.

    We can have Strata experts in there and new by laws .
    With the new NSW by laws coming into effect next year plus more of Sydney City and Melbourne building more and more Strata buildings we probaly could look at a separate discussion forum.

    Agree having this as a separate forum topic. Jimmy Thomson did it well with FlatChat so we can't copy that :) but strata issues are very much topical - how about it Sim?
