its hard to tell if it's just too much Singapore chilli crab, but I'm getting a bad feeling in my tum tum.

I've been sitting here by the pool for a few hours catching up on what I've missed over the last few weeks.
Seems the entire PC chat thread is fillies with a few main topics
    1) boom cycles - and what happens when it busts
    2) how the golden age of easy (and cheap) finance is quickly coming to amend.
    3) stock market discussions

If I've learned any thing over the years, this forum (and SS) is ahead of the game and ahead of published statistics.

Time to sit on the fence and watch for a bit?

Not much about property ATM. There is a Hobart thread or two. There is still a bit of noise about Melbourne. Seems like Sydney may have run out of steam finally. Debate about whether Perth has hit bottom.

    1. Pretty much out of serviceability, thanks to bank tightening. Btw, I've been told I still service with Liberty, but I think some numbers used with Liberty could be rather rubbery, they will accept any old HEM... and I feel pretty certain it would not stack up with any other lender, so if they jack up rates I'd be snookered.
    2. In the next few years don't think there's too many property markets going to boom like Sydney and Melbourne have in the last few years
    3. Why not use the equity built through property and buy into shares instead.... they are no hassle.

    #setforlife.

There has also been quite a few new members join and ask about investing in Sydney, many do jump in when it is at it's highest high.

All the changes have to start biting, hope the govt can stay the course, if they bring in NG and CG changes now or before all these recent changes have played out, it could bring on a bad situation.

It is a database (SQL) code of saying cities Boomed or Booming are Sydney and Melbourne. Might have directed to @Gockie due to her interest in SQL.

Crab to beer ratio is probably too high. Couple more cold ones and you'll be right :)

Cashflow is king and over time the stock market is a strategy for increasing passive income and hence serviceability.

    Code is incomplete.
    You forgot @status varchar(15)='Boom Inevitable'
The results for that is the one and only Brisbane.
