    Hi there,

I get a feeling this is the AA of property investment. If so, I'm in. I only just came across this forum, and it's great to know there are folks who are into it as much as I am. I'm new to investing, I have own some **** boxes in my home town, but I need to branch out and purchase elsewhere for growth, so I need to learn a lot more about how to do that. I look forward to meeting you all. Cheers, Pete

This isn't the AA or property investment. That suggests we'll help you deal with your problem and move on.

We're the junkies and dealers that make the problem worse...

Get addicted and obsess over achieving your goals, not the PITA vehicle that'll (hopefully) get you there.

Thanks, I'm definitely addicted and obsessing over it, to the detriment of sleep. One question, what's a PITA? (rookie question perhaps)

You'll experience it from some folks here soon enough :D

    Pain in the ass.

Question: Besides the forum, what are you doing to learn the basic property investment fundimentals?

    Ha haa Sackie.

Pete, You have to be addicted to property before you get addicted to retirement.
    Its a prerequisite!
You've come to the right place to learn.
Learn from those who "have done it" there are plenty here.
    Good luck mate!:)
