    I just wonder you could help me, please.
    How much will be the civil cost to build town house in Brisbane?
    If you are from Civil Company, that will be great, we may engage you. later.

    Also, what will be the market will pay, if I am selling the land (103m2) for Brisbane area up to 10 minutes drive to CBD.

    What are the ground conditions? Why only the civil costs? What about design, DA, council contributions, demolition, construction, soft finishes/landscaping/fencing, subdivision etc?

    What are other properties in the area selling for?

    Hi Scott, thank you for your message. trying to finish the feaso and kind of stuck with the builder cost to build apartment. Does it cost more to build apartments than Town Houses?
    I got the Civil Cost already. and I found the properties are selling as well thank you.
