    OK OK I get the message.

    After cutting the grass I gotta clean the rangehood. I'll bring the degreaser. There won't be a drip of oil on it when I'm finished.

    You won't find any evidence that's admissible if that's what you mean lol.

    Contstable: "Sarge, there's not a speck of evidence in the place"

    Sarge : "Alright, get datto in here for questioning"

    Where is the ingoing inspection report?
    This document is a legal attachment to their lease.
    Were you given a ' signed by both parties' copy of it?
    Does it say it was clean.?
    Does it say it was dirty?

    There is your answer!!
    After 12 months I would say that it is not an 'urgent ' repair.
