    Has anyone used Hume Bank before?

    It's our lowest rate ever - at just 3.49% (for a strictly limited time only)

    Rate looks very competitive.

    Its a 2 years honeymoon rate. Comparison rate (not that I find these much use) is 4.31% pa.

    Looks to be very localised around Wagga Wagga. Would not think suits anyone out of area or with more than 2 or 3 properties or larger loans in general. Their idea of risk and yours is probably pretty different.
