    Hi,

We have an R3 zoned home west of newcastle in the hunter valley with a lot of potential. We've listed on gumtree to try to secure a sale asap but we would like to try other methods too.

Beside going to an agent locally, how else can we find an interested buyer?

We've listed for $355,000 which is more than reasonable. Just not sure if gumtree is the best out there.

Why aren't you using an agent?

The property is best suited to a developer and I think it's more likely developers are looking elsewhere, somewhere I'm not sure of to find R3 zoned properties.

They may be willing to pay a little more than market price. Plus no commission fees.

Agents will usually have a network of developers so realistically, going through a good agent will get your block on the radar of more developers, quicker, IMO.

Pm me the details. Could have a client interested in it.

Alternatively either PRD or Street Property in Newcastle seem to have a few development sites.

It's located at 16 Railway St, Branxton. So its still about 35 mins from Newcastle. Still happy to give an agent a go should nothing else work in the next month.
