    Hey Team,

I'm trying to figure out how to find apartment buildings to rent.
    As in, the entire building.

I have found some in the past, 20+ units in Randwick and Drummoyne, etc
However I'm after a more boutique size, say 4-12 units.

Any thoughts? I'm not sure what key phrases to use on RE.com.
There is only an search function to buy apartment blocks, not rent.

    Regards
    NHG

What do you want to do with them?
They're typically only available individually on a residential basis and may not be zoned for commercial use.

They are difficult to find as:
    • Numerous owners (need to find a block under sole ownership)
    • Australia doesn't have a 'build to rent' industry
    • Possibly have some luck contacting various developers like Ralan or Payce
