NSW How to find out easements on a property!

    It looks like you’ve just purchased the Title, you need the Plan as well. The Plan gives you the location and dimensions of the property as well as easements. Infotrack give you the option of purchasing the Plan and Sewer diagram as well as the Title. When looking at NSW properties I use www.townplanning.com.au as they have planning details and sell titles slightly cheaper than Infotrack, albeit that they bundle the Title and Plan so you have to get both, but you generally need both anyway.

    yes, usually in the contract for sale document, it will list the easement and any relevant diagram.
