How to Find out about newly built property in a suburb

    Hi All

    I have been reading valuable information posted regarding first home buyers.
    My daughter is 25 working full time. She wants to take the maximum advantage of Govt's new FHB / stamp duty benefits.
    We are not sure how to find the newly constructed or upcoming new properties within established suburbs to get the benefit for FHB.

    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Go for an established house in an established suburb instead. Still get some benefits.

    the benefits aimed at new builds are aimed at builders and developers, not buyers.
