How to check price for price withhold property

    Not correct. A house in my suburb sold in late 2017 and as of today the price is still withheld.

    I ring agents all the time to ask what it sold for , even a few days later. Most are happy to tell me exact amount or very close. I rang an agent just this morning about a house that sold yesterday and says Price withheld. Got the answer back via text 10 mins later.

    Just lucky or an anomaly. After a couple of months, no-one cares what a property sold for as it then becomes part of big data used for valuations.
