Many years ago, @Lil Skater had a poll on cup size. So, I'm not surprised by anything that gets discussed here.

In my defence it was science based with the idea of starting a business.

In answer to the sheets question, every 1-2 weeks. I tend to like a very clean house and scrub the place once a week, but sometimes that doesn’t happen so it’s just a quick clean and the sheets are left.

OMG, I missed that thread. I will use the search function to find it ;).
In that case, no one should be offended if I start a thread on “male appendage” size, all science based of course .

Once a week in winter - twice a week in summer ... but that's mainly because I LURVE the feel of slipping between freshly laundered, sun dried, heavy duty, crisp cotton sheets

None of this thin K-mart sheet rubbish - I go for the hotel quality via this mob - ***link removed due to appears their website has been hacked :(

Once a week is how I want it to be

Random time is the reality. I don't have a set time, but do hope to change it at least once a month. All linen in Guest room always fully washed for next guest tho :D

Hopefully everybody uses this 'waste' water on their gardens or in buckets to flush the toilets. Most would use 5000litres a year to wash bed sheets. Think about the drought and water restrictions, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The topic was "change sheets" ... so maybe they just throw them away and get new ones every week?:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: .....sorta saves water but.....

I thought I'd check prices for new sheets from your link @Lizzzie and clicked that link and then clicked on the first "hotel beds" under "shop for categories" and three times I've had Bitcoin, some random newspaper story about something else, and some other odd link.

I then found links at the top that do work, but I'm curious if someone else has clicked and found what I found? Odd links? Is it the site, or possibly my computer?

I got one of these and love it ... although we are on property so it is compulsory. Would love to install one at our next venture back in town, rather than be connected to the sewer system, but not sure if council will permit it

    Mine's doing it too - :( - I'll remove the link

Maybe it was the link itself as seems to be okay now. Hotels at Home ... the .com.au one

I got you - So women, what cup size are you?

I still kinda want to do it, I have a bunch of research saved on my computer - but it's actually bloody hard (and expensive - also when I was doing this research I was 19) to find people to make the larger sizes, not a cheap China job. Also since that time there's been an influx with brands like Bonds selling larger sizes in normal chain stores - still don't cater big enough and their cups are actually still smaller than other brands that specially cater for larger cups.

Anyway, that's a thing. Back to sheets..

In my 7th decade and still much to learn. Then maybe it's best if I don't.

Perhaps this belongs in the thread about showering twice a day? ;-)

This is the closest answer to my reality.

Ours basically gets washed when it either looks dirty, feels dirty or after about 4-8 weeks, being more often in Summer, less often in winter. Note, there is definitely no schedule so I could be wrong! If I had a schedule it would be something like every 2 weeks.

Related topic. How often do you wash your towels?

I have a colleague who said he has to replace his towels every ~18 months as they get worn out. So we asked, how often does he wash them, because we have towels that have basically never worn out (like... still going after 20 years). He said he washed them after every use.

Once a month at most, I'd say. I went for 6 weekly.

Totally get where you're coming from - I've still got a couple of business idea that have been running around in my head for decades, that are still viable and the market niche hasn't been filled ... one day

Weak sauce - Never change my sheets at all.
Wait for the gross look from people o_O

Should start a new thread - How often do people exfoliate their skin? Here's a tip - the often you do it - the less dirty your sheets will smell or stain.

It'll be Newcastle Council, but suspect the answer will be the same. They don't want people to "not" be reliant on their chargeable systems
