How much to clear and rake a site

    Hello all

    I'm looking at a very overgrown block and wondering how much extra this might add to the cost of a build?

    It's an 800sqm block and is completely overgrown with large established bushes; however there are no large trees of any substance.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hard to know without seeing the extent of it, but having a guess about $1500-2000
    Bobcat or excavator and truck around $800-1000 for the day plus dumping fees etc

    I concur, around $1500 - $2k should be the figure, as a guess.
