our menu is like Jess's. Breakfast usually rolled oats, yoghurt, honey. Eggs on the weekend, occasionally bacon. Lunch, leftovers, or I have salad and DD luckily loves eating anything so she will happily take leftover whatever to school, eats it hot cold, whatever. Dinner, fried rice, stir fry, salmon patties, spaghetti bolognese, lamb kofta, baked beans on toast occasionally, whatever I found marked down at the supermarket. We don't use Spudshed much, I buy the fruit and veg either from the Sunday market or from the roadside stalls in the Swan Valley. Likewise, we don't have prepackaged snacks really of any type, maybe a weekly pack of potato chips. I usually make a dozen muffins a week, might cost maybe $2.50? have a great muffin recipe in which you can chuck in anything hanging around, make them sweet or savoury, wrap individually and freeze for the week.
