How have you found your recent post-reno revals in Brisbane?

    What has been your experience in buying, renovating and pulling out equity in Brisbane in last few months?

    Are you finding banks are being more stringent when revaluing given the APRA-CADABRA changes?

    Or are you still finding it easy enough to do a cosmetic reno and pull out equity within a couple of weeks of settlement?
