@MTR i had to upload this photo from today, Thought it was funny with your display pic. We meet at a pub 6 years ago i thought it would be funny to splash her with vodka raspberry she wasn't happy and ended up leaving. Seen her out again a few week later she called me the annoying guy, i asked if she wanted to dance and we have been inseparable ever since : )

I was managing Pizza Hut at Crows Nest and was offered a transfer to Thornleigh. I wasn't sure about the move. They were having the farewell for their manager one night so they asked if I'd manage for the night to check it out and decide. So while I was there the ovens failed so I called the maintenance guy. My now hubby was the maintenance guys flatmate and he came along for the ride. I wasn't interested in either of them but they were nice guys and we stayed in touch, going to a few parties etc.
Hubby started to grow on me. That was 35 years and 2 kids ago.

Both of us had been through rough breakups - with the usual loss of some friends - so decided to try something new, and meet new people, by learning to scuba dive.

Met on the course - tentatively dated for a few months - (met his kids and parents on the second date  ) been together 18 years, married 15 years and one joint child together ... haven't been scuba diving since :(

Four girls for him ... I had his kids from the youngest being 5 - oldest 10 - so did all the crappy teen stuff with a lot of stress - a lot more relaxed with junior this time around. His kids are now mid-late 20's.

Anyhow - would love to learn to scuba dive properly now ...

I was teaching the 'learn-to-skate' class at a skating rink & Hubby walked in with some of his nieces & nephews and the current girl friend. I asked an innocent question about his wife & kids (thinking they were a family) and he said in quite a forceful way "I'm not married, & they are not my kids". The following week there was no sign of the girl friend.

A few weeks later, he invited me to a party, and gave me the address. I meant to go (I really did), but lost the address in my wallet. That's where everything goes to die, so that's not unusual. It took him a few weeks to get up the courage to ask me out again, and we were married exactly 12 months later, on the anniversary of our first date. It wasn't until we were married that I found that note in my wallet.

Make no mistake, most guys prefer this method of meeting the significant other...especially under 30. Gets a bit tougher later on...but still a viable proposition.

Since when? Most guys I've known would never consider an LTR with a stripper.

True..however this growth may result in asset impairment...and as long as you have impaired assets on the books, your stock price may not go anywhere. :p :) and even if it does, you won't be an attractive buyout candidate for another party.;-)

We got talking, she is from Bris.

Told her I got a Weimaraner puppy 2 weeks earlier. She told me she grew up with that breed, her mum has one and her sister has two..

Who says puppies can't pull chicks?
