How can l amke some money out of spare room and double garage?

l've got a spare room , don't really want a full time live-in though. Something on off or casual could work though.
Thinking back packers because l'm near the Great Ocean Rd, well 20mins over. But there is a million back packer places already , dunno how busy they all are.
Is there anything else l could do with it ?
l did run ads for file storage , no takers.

l've also got a spare double garage. It does only have a dirt floor atm.But it's water tight.
Country town though , lots of sheds around, everyone knows someone l guess.
l ran ads for storage, only got one , had a van and some furniture, but hasn't followed through.
Is there anything else l could offer with it ?

That dirt floor garage sounds like min. 12 back packers in there.
Whack it on gumtree and get them in. It's best to line up some low paid cash work for them too and you recieve their pay then hand it out minus rent and associated monies. Plus withhold an initial 3 weeks bond of their weekly wage.

Ahh funny, the thoughts that conjures up but nope the spare room was what l was thinking for back packers .
