How can I make sure my tenants don't do Air BnB?

    Tenants need landlords permission to sublet in QLD.

    It's a big problem in Barcelona, tenants let out on airbnb and the owner gets the fine (thousands of euros). The body corporate should be able to block airbnb, and airbnb prosecuted to the max if they ignore bc rulings or don't verify property ownership. Barcelona fined airbnb only 600,000 euro, too low, needs to be in the millions to make them pay attention.

    That's why landlords charge a BOND. Try and get that from an Airbnb listing and you won't get a rental but you will stop the destruction of your property.
