House or IP located beside school

    Hi all, just want to hear some of your thoughts about an IP located on the main road, 2 houses away from a primary/secondary school. Will it be difficult to rent it or sell in the future? due to lack of privacy, school's bell noise, and traffic?

    What do you guys think?

    How big is the road (no. of lanes in each direction)?

    only 1 lane in each direction, it is in a corner of a no through road and a main road.

    My concern is, its location 2 homes beside a school. will you buy or rent IP near school and on main road?
