Those with a house + granny flat as rentals, what insurance do you have?

Trying to read through the PDS and going through the call centre has left me confused.

By far the easiest is to get a building insurance + landlord for each dwelling on the site, but that's costly so I'm looking at alternatives that will leave insured.

Currently on one site, I have 1 Building insurance policy + 2 landlord policies
On another site, I've got 1 Building insurance policy + 1 landlord policy (which supposedly covers both).

Suncorp last night recommended I take up "strata insurance" to cover the two buildings (as I can't take up building insurance) and then a separate landlord for each of the dwellings.

Anyway, keen to see what others have.

Yep me too... does anyone have a 'custom insurance' solution through a broker or financial advisor?
