    Hi All,
    I am very close at purchasing a property in QLD Morton bay. Its originally 4 bedder which is converted into 3 bedder and 1 bedder. Both have it's seperate electricity, hot water and total independence. There is a fly wall seperating both the house . My concern is can I rent this seperate as per law ?
    The agent says it has been rented seperatly and has mentioned the rent for 3 bedder and 1 bedder in his ad. Should I be aware of anything ? It has one rate and one water bill.. Will there be any issue with the insurance ?
