    i wouldn't think the technician would rip the sticker off.. i'd say he was being honest.

    rheem is a massive company, i don't think they are telling their technicians to do dodge jobs like that.

    I do agree with you but l am very sure it was a 2007 model. Really didnt do them favours when they didnt follow my instructions and the call service personnel claiming l never made the phone call. um how did you obtain my credit card details to charge the call out fee? I think the best thing to do is replace the HWS.
