    Could you stretch your budget a bit? Or would you consider doing a reno to add value? wont be easy to find a decent house/suburb under 350k
    Often houses like this come up on public trustee auctions (you can register for email alerts)
    Havent checked flood zone and its not suggestion. Please do your own DD

    Thanks Kevin, I have heard about Acacia ridge and Inala. what is your thoughts on Darra or Richland? They have train stations also.

    Cabooture and Morayfield, long term term (5 -10 years) maybe. Short tetrm is problematical.
