    And Bloody hell.... nearly 700k median for a place that far out? That's what we paid for a house on decent land in North Epping 9 years ago....

    It was a joke.
    Even if it's a guaranteed winner ( probably has a bit more to run but how much who knows) I wouldn't touch it. It's just not how I roll...(no offence to those that do..)

    One of my highly sophisticated searches is to look at how many properties are under offer? check out realestate.com, you may be right...LOL:p

    Yep..the number under offer and those that have been sold have decent volumes the last few months at least.
    Emu Plains maybe closer to Dubbo than Sydney cbd.. But I think it will pull of what Park Ridge did to Brisbane

    That's right. Brisbane will not replicate Sydney..not in this cycle . It will do well though but not Sydney widespread boom.
    Brisbane also doesn't need to replicate Sydney for it to satisfy the thirst of most of it's citizens.
    We are not bloodthirsty over here :)
