    Hey guys,

    First time home buyer here so please bare with me.

    I'm looking at buying a block of land with a 15.7 m. lot frontage. Then it says home width requirement OMP to OMP is 11.8. What does this mean?

    Thanks in advance!

    OMP = Outer most point
    So the house can only be 11.8 Meters wide (outer most point to outer most point)
    Have you engaged a builder yet?

    Yes the house we are building requires a 12.5 m. frontage but is only acutally 10.8 m. wide so it sounds like it's fine then. I did Google OMP but I couldn't find out what it meant in relation to this and I was scared it had to do with where you have to put your house on the block. Thank you so much for your answer
