    Yep not advocating ANZ as I don’t know what they are like as a lender.

    Anyone care to share what ANZ are like - their niche, their calculator and their products & policies?

    they are pretty average product wise, esp for OO debt when someone wants to debt recycle, and they can be pianfully slow

    they do have niches they share with some other lenders such as one year financials, low do 60, 90 % income shading for expats, short term self employed in some cases.
