    Hi all

    I bought my Hobart house one year ago...wouldnt it be nice if I was really organised and got a depreciation schedule then?

    Oh well better late than never. Does anyone have a recommended quantity surveyor in Hobart?

    I used a mainland company called The Depreciator. They were excellent, just sent them some info and photos and they did the schedule. They have kept in touch since I got it done in 2008 so great service.

    Depreciatior is the best by far. Not sure if they're in tas ?

    Why, to inspect a Hobart property we'd have to travel all the way from our Hobart office!

    We're now even making plans for another trip to Norfolk Island.
