Historical Data tools

    Does anyone know where I can purchase (or download for free) historical prices on stocks in the US, Canada, London, ... and any other exchanges?

    I've looked at some solutions like Prophet but so far nothing that can provide both historic data and current closing day data which I can retrieve via FTP.

    Thoughts?
