Hiring someone for property depreciation

    Hi everyone,
    Not sure if this is in the right section but I was hoping to find out whether others use a tax depreciation specialist to determine what you can claim on tax for such purposes.i live in another state from my property so can't do it myself.
    Experiences?

    Lady I sit next to at work got a depreciation schedule done and received the report today.... She used who her accountant recommended and was pretty happy. Was done by Depreciator too.

    Best if you call up, Amber - 1300 660033. Mention you're from here. The fee depends on the age of the property and the location and how much information you have. We're never going to be the cheapest provider, though.
