Hi Azazel, I am in Bermagui in the Bega Valley. A bit far from the Shoalhaven (3 hours) so not sure how much I can add but will have a look and see, thanks for the welcome I hope I can be of some benefit to the forum. Mick
Hi D.T., Real Estate has been quite strong over the past 12 months or so. No real movement in price except for the houses in the lower end (sub $400K) last few months have been a bit strange but I think a symptom of the low stock levels. Like everywhere there is always a buyer for well priced stock. Being a police officer has helped enormously in this job. You learn heaps about dealing with people in high stress situations, having to build rapport with all different types. Questioning also helps in looking to sort out the buyers from the people happy to waste your time while the weather is bad, meaning i have more time to spend with the genuine buyers. If it is not too much of a problem would you mind if I touched base with you in the near future for a chat on Elizabeth? Once we have some dates confirmed as I don't want to bother you unnecessarily?
