    Hi there,

    just signed up in this forum.

    Never bought a property nor owned one, just flat out renting.

    I am reading/google-ing to hopefully gain some knowledge, and make a more educated decision about buying/building a property in the near (or not so much) future.

    I've been reading the forum since ten days or so, and it's great really. There's a fair bit to learn from users discussions and I will try to do so as much as I can.
